im not listening during lessons....i tio scolded by teachers..
evrything is juz not goin ryte 4 me....
lessons lyk shyt....i seemed feelingless 2 frens....
wad i think is best 4 me is juz the DhsTrack Team....
DhsTrack simply can lemme get all my troubles out.....evn though trngs sometym can be tiring...but all is worth it when u r training with ppl u enjoy with n laff 2gethr, joke 2gethr...all tis r simply priceless...
the feeling is very shuang lor....nth can eva replace tt.
yeah, we r havin the wad 50th annivesary tmr...hav 2 wear the 50th annivesary shirt tt DHS gave 2 us...

i conclude tt i hav not rlly been listening 2 lessons tis few days..
expecially science......i dunno y.

okay...the C-Boys 4x100m went out 4 their firs eva race eva since the team was formed.
i shall start with the beginning of the day.
okay i left hse at 11.15pm took bus to mrt stn, and took the train to pasir ris as tampines simply has 2 many ppl liao.
yeah alryte...then on my way to pasir ris, i received yuh ding's sms.
he told me tt we r goin 2 meet shiying at 12.40.
ok, i was lyk sian.....wad m i gonna do in lyk 1hr?
ok...so i decided tt i go 2 tm walk walk for an hour, so met up with yuh ding oso as he was reaching tampines soon.
yeah n then while i was waitin 4 yuhding, i bought myself a drink at mac n then i saw ben foo....called him but at first he dint hear me...but den with the second attempt..
he heard me...hahax.
yeah, aftr talking 4 a while...he went off 2 find his frens.
ok, den i contd 2 wait for yuhding lor....aftr a while, i saw him n he say:"Sean, drink coke agn har?' ok i was lyk...hahax. nvm der, i not always drink de..haha.
ok, den we were lyk tinkin of whr do we wanna go for lyk 45min?
then, yuhding says tt he wanna go see track suit...alryte den we went 2 addias n royal sportin hse 2 take a look...at addidas we saw a very ncie track suit (shirt)...it costs 89.90.
ok, yuhding says tt whoa so ex....lol. but den its indeed very ncie.hahax
then he went bout the shop 2 find the track suit (pants)...
he cant find any....then we went outt of da shop n saw royal sportin hse.
we saw a nike tracksuit (issit?)
lols......im not rlly very sure.
and den we saw an umbro der....n yuhding was lyk i dunlyk umbro...lol.
ok...den tis took us lyk dunno how long....den we saw tt it was only 12, we went 2 mac n yuhding bought milo 2 drink....
yeah yeah, n den saw ben foo agn....wif his fren.
yeah n den chatted with him n then went off 2 the mrt stn at 12.30
reached thr at lyk 12.35....n expectedly shiying was once agn late...lol.
nxt tym we pang seh her..lol...dun so bad. haha..
yeah n den went off the trip 2 jurong east........lol
bla bla bla n den transferred train, n den reached bukit gombak....when we alightd frm the train, we saw jianfeng...yea we didnt noe tt he was actually on the same train as us...hahax.
yea n den we chattd n off we went 2 the stadium.
yea n den we watchd the races, changed our spikes...n then off we went 2 warm up 4 our race ler....ok.
mr lim taught us a way so tt we pass smoothly...yea. i tink it was kinda gd.
hahax.....ok...den during warm ups, melissa so yellow lo...ok i shall not say bout the contents...hahax..not gd. (:
yea, tym real flies...off we went 2 register n very soon our race gonna start....gave shiying n ophillia a hug b4 startd.
yea ok....den off the gun went n off i ran...i wantd 2 catch up ACS(I) de...but den they were lyk too fas....but den nvm....i contd 2 run.
heaved a sigh of relief when my baton passin 2 jianfeng didnt drop....heng ah.
lol....and den contd the run n den we ended in 6th (2nd last in the heats)

nvm...aftr tt i went 2 timed the temasek's timing...yea.
ok....i was lyk wtf....they took 49.94.
siann....we nid 2 improve lyk 4 secs 2 beat them n clinch the gold medal in 4 schools...
guess i rlly nid 2 brush up on my speed n my starting..
ophillia n shiying they all say tt my hind legs 2 straight...cant push myself 4ward.

juz read the post tt yuhding posted....
im rlly gonna work dam bloody hard 2 get tt bloody passing ryte...
and get tt GOLD medal for yuhding in 4 schools...
he sure needs it very much....but in order 2 get the gold medal, i rlly must brush up my passing 2 jianfeng...im lyk doin very badly lor....
these few trngs i dun seem 2 be lyk improving lor.....i rlly mus train hard.
and not wad happend 2 me durin laz year nationals..if tt rlly happend.....im rlly gonna let yuh ding dwn alot....n i wun noe how 2 face him from tt moment onwards...
he rlly wans tt gold medal very very much....

itz lyk i dun understan wad the fuck the teacher is talkin bout lor...

oh man...trng on monday was lyk so cool..runnin in da rain.
with raindrops on our backs while we run...how cool can tt be!
hahax....im obssessed with running...itz so cool!
yuh ding, we will win the 4 schools 4x100m for u!
wun lett ya down der....will work hard and train harder and brush up my passing with JianFeng..hahax..
We were supposed 2 like run our 4x200m, but denbcoz of the rain..we had to do it in the carpark....im not rlly very sure whether its lyk 200m....
JianFeng was lyk sprinting the whole lap, so cool n so faz lor...hahax.
we did 5 sets n were deadbeat tired....lol.
yea...did our cool downs and then went bac..
yeah! tmr is wednesday. we gett 2 leave early for trainings...hahax.
so happy..x). Mr Siva is lyk so ncie lor...haha. but it is a pity tt he does not allow us 2 stay in schl 4 overnight camp b4 the grand finals for the 4 schools..nvm.
we can arrange sumth else! Must ti gao shi qi...hahax..
oh yah n we had a team talk by Mabel...yeah Mabel was lyk so nervous? or mayb she is not...hahax. she didnt noe wad 2 say....but nvm.

it was so cool.....coz da supporters were lyk shoutin shoutin n shoutin.

yeah, but itz a pity tt clara n adriano is out...tis means tt i hab no tickets for the finals....siannz..but den nvm. watch at home!

muz b nvr warm-up properly liaos...xP
n den phlegm oso.....but den i spitted out the phlegm...
howeva....thr was once wen my spitting not accurate....
the phlegm landed on my shirt instead....arh..
so disgusting...hahax....bleah.x(
yeah....aftr tis is gonna be the SPH relays liao....i tink is lyk on...24th or 25th of march...

Tis holiday is lyk so boring lor...nth 2 do..pathetic.
tis few days, only track trainings hab kept me busy..
other stuffs had been lyk so boring lor....i got nth 2 do at all..
and i wld lyk imagine alot of things lor....n those things r lyk ridiculous....
nvm..dun care bout tis...yea.
tmr i got wings cross country...boring...
nvm..at least i get 2 go out n wun imagine so many things at home..xP

yep...i received my test papers, maths and LA on friday..
hmm....kinda happy sia...coz i passed my LA..
i was lyk thinkin tt im gonna fail sia...
but gd thing tt i didnt...hahax.
my claz highest was lyk 22 lor...so dam pro.
n F.Y.I the test was upon 25 mark...
17 was lyk abv the avrg score cher told us la...so im kinda happy..(:
maths lei...i got 48.5 outta 50.
i was lyk so pissed off wen i received my paper...boshi went 2 take a look.
n shoutd 2 da whole claz la....n den da whole claz noe my marks liao...liddat i cannot ask 4 their markz...(:
haa...im so lame...yeah.
geog i got lyk 14 outta 20...chi 66 outta 100..
i do not hab test 4 history yet....mrs wong says tt itz lyk gonna b in da nxt term....

wadda hell....stayed bac in schl for nth sia 2day...wastd my tym..
ass....4get it...dam bloody pissed off bcoz of tis..
and 1 more thing makkes me more dam bloody pissed...
I stayed bac n did nth n mabel suggestd tt we go n run outside schl 4 lyk 3 rounds...
yea 3 rounds....n i decided tt im gonna run as faz as i could....so i was in front..
n den...i ran and ran and ran....finally completed da 3 rounds...n went in da canteen...
heard yuan wei told me tt...mabel said tt aftr runnin 1 round...she decided 2 stop n tts all...
walao...i was lyk....4get it...dun say bad things bout senior.....aiya.
sian lor....but den nvm...can train more...haha..
and b4 we ran....or rathr we startd 2 run...n den ophilla fell dwn at the carpark thr..
thr was lyk a hole thr n she tripped ovr it and fell dwn flat...and den sprain her ankle i tink...
n den i was lyk....burst out laffing...tinkin tt nth serious wld happen..
but den...wen i saw her lyin on the floor, hand grabbin her ankle...ok...
shyt...she's in pain....yea....feel so bad sia....n den mabel was lyk askin me...
did i laff very loudly juz nw? ok...tough question 2 answer.....n she felt guilty 2...
mayb tis wld teach us a lesson of nt laffin at ppl wen ppl fell dwn...
mus take thingz seriously...xP...haha...
yea..and i tink i wld b receivin some tests papers tmr....maths teacher owe us our maths paper..
