ok..im simply nt in the mood 2 blog noww..
but i hav not posted for a long time and i shall do it now...
RESULTS FOR 800M:
Teo Xuan Hua Sean[375] 800 Metres Heat 06-11 heat 1 lane 1 02:33.58 41(overall position)
Results for 400m:
Teo Xuan Hua Sean[375] 400 Metres 08-07 heat 11 lane 4 01:01.52 35(overall position)
k u can see tt i got thrashed in my 800m... X((
i got 15th in my heats...tts the most sucky part..urgh.
and my 400m, i am 1.42 seconds off the last qualifer...
i can blame nobody but myself for my 400m...i slowed dwn at the last 20m and even mr lim can see tt...i think if i had ran through, i think i wld hav qualified...
but no point talkin bout it now liao rite? the race is over...
and tt marks the end of my nationals...X(
Congratulations to Shiying who did 28.03 seconds for her 200m...
and is currently 1st in spore for her 200m...
and all her trainings had paid off...she is gonna win sumth in her 100 and 200 meters final de la...wish her gd luck mann..
i guessd she had the bez birthday present ever.by getting an overall position of 1st in 200m on her birthday...
yeah wld lyk 2 wish her a happy birthday too..haha.=)
yeah and i shall stop here liao la.im dam siann now liao.
hope my idmi presentation tmr will be a success...had been chionging it the whole day and the past few days.
