Happy belated birthday mr lim!!
yeah he celebrated his 78th birthday ytd. omg he is lyk so old already. my grandparents die at an age of lyk 60+? yeah. so a round of applause for mr lim eh??
yeah he is such a wonderful coach. without him, i wun be wad i am 2day.

yeah we did circuit training and hurdles again.yupp i think i did bttr 4 the hurdles training compared 2 the prev session. i practically kicked 3 consecutive sticks in a row and evry1 burst out laughing can? it is lyk so embarassing lor. blah. hahhaa nvm i dnno y sia. i feel very tired 2day aft training. i dnno y. 2day training wasnt hiong lor. and i felt so tired after training.
think i deproved or something. yupps. aiya juz hope i can do bttr nxt year lar. all the way to the finals manns. yeah be lyk shiying. LOL she is a pro.
yeah den after training we had a surprise for mr lim.=D all thanks 2 peiying. yea yupps. she bought the cake. and it was so delicious(mayb i was hungry bahhs). yeah den mr lim showed us a SEHH SHOE. a sehh sehh shoe can. omg original price is 179.90. yeah i think coaches hav some discounts over mizuno isit? i dno la. budden it is 79.90 now. im gonna buy it manns. confirm. there is only lyk 10pairs left onli. yeah so i think me, kuanliang, edmund, junkai, mel and mabel buying. they wrote their names. haha yupps.
yeah den after tt, it is the challenge! i told alyson and cassandra(1h) tt i can finish a drink in 10 seconds. they dun bliv so they challenged me lor. yup winner gets 5 fried dumplings! hahah yea den go ask uncle giv us anyth. the first 1 was rap(apple, grape and peach tea). cassandra took it. nxt was mix(apple, grape, mountain dew, h-two-o, lemon barley, ice lemon tea, peach tea). i took it. nxt was rap, evn though we told the uncle giv us diff drinks le. haiya nvm. alyson took tt.yeah. =D. and so the challenge begins. yeah i finished it all in 1 gulp.yeaH! alyson asked shiying and jolynn 4 help and still lost. dno bout cassandra aniways. yupp so prize was 5 dumplings! hahahah.yeah. they put 3 scopps of chilli la. bt it wasnt spicy de. kuanliang said tt oso. hahah. yupps. den when i tell them nt spicy, they say i haolian. haha wdv lor.
