shiok mannn
2day trng was kinda alrite lar...dam slack also.
i did 2 sets of 800m and 1 400m...ran the 800m quite fast, coz im waiting for tt day,TT SIGNIFICANT DAY, when i juz beat jamie on tt choa chu kang stdum track.
quite impossible? but the track is yuan de...anyth can happen.
okok it is nt yuan...hahaha.tts wad yuhding say de lar.i also duno wad crap he crappin..heh.=)
yeah and 4x100 rawks lar...shiying was the first, i was the 2nd, kuanliang was 3rd and yuhding was 4th...yea and we were suan-ing shiying larr...
okok, not we..main culprit----> yuhding.. hahaha, firstly i was lyk askin shiying how many steps should i giv her? and yuhding said juz 5 steps can liaoo.and then we were lyk laffin.
and then he said again.tis tym round he said dunnid 2 giv her any steps larr...hahahaha.
and shiying said tt her ego was "broken"....lol.wish her good luck in nats, and her wala also...which is lyk on wednesday.
yeah and our 4x100 we did 50 for the firs tym eva...we practised with jianfeng for lyk 3 to 4 mths and our personal best is lyk onlie 52 seconds.
and we got owned during 4 schools....ok and if shiying go be a guy, we win liao arr...
our passin were juz superb...and PL jiayou okay.
nationals u can do it de...dun so sad bout 2day le lar..X))
yeah and track juz rawks...3 more days to nationals....
wishing all trackers good luck and all the bez! jiayou kaes...dun let mr lim down and most importantly.dun let YOURSELF dwn!!
think bout it, all the trngs u had, wad was is it for.juz for the day when u take part in nationals...so yeah, jiayou.all the wayy!! dun giv up!!
